A data center campus does not move like retail replenishment. Transformers, switchgear, gensets, cooling plant and battery systems arrive as a sequence the site can actually receive, and a day early is often as expensive as a day late. There is no laydown for a unit the crane cannot lift this week, and an escort permit has a date on it.
So the logistics design starts from the pad, not the port. Crane windows, escort rules, last-mile restrictions and the customs path for equipment that cannot sit in a yard are fixed first. Ocean and air are chosen after that sequence is real, not before. Batteries are Class 9 and need acceptance and paperwork on every leg. Transformer lead times run past two years, so a damaged or delayed unit has no replacement, and the plan has to protect it accordingly.
The useful document is not a lane guide. It is a dated program plan that names the piece, the window and the person who still answers when the sequence slips. That is what Meridian builds, and what it is measured against: not whether the container sailed, but whether the site energized on the date.
